Shipping and returns
The shipment of your parcel:
Parcels are generally sent the same day if the order arrives by 11.30 in the morning or the following working day and are shipped via UPS express courier with tracking and delivery without signature.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, you will receive the link to track your package directly via email.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage.
We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

The important thing is that the products have not been worn as they are also hygiene-related items.
If you want to withdraw from the purchase, you just need to send us an email indicating your intention to withdraw here:

Just remember to include the order number and which products you want to return in the email.
The shipping cost to our warehouse is your responsibility.
After initiating the request, we will send you the label, and you will need to take the package to an InPost collection point.
The return cost is €8.00 from Italy and €15.00 from Europe, which will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be processed within 14 working days to the payment method you used.
