Shipping and returns
The shipment of your parcel:
Parcels are generally sent the same day if the order arrives by 11.30 in the morning or the following working day and are shipped via UPS express courier with tracking and delivery without signature.
Whichever type of shipment you choose, you will receive the link to track your package directly via email.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage.
We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

Returns:
Changing your mind is normal. For this reason we accept returns for 14 days from the time of delivery.
The important thing is that the products have not been worn as they are products that also concern hygiene.
If you want to withdraw from the purchase you will only have to write us an email to signal that you want to withdraw, we will provide you with the shipping address.
The cost of shipping to our warehouse is at your expense.
The refund takes place within 14 working days on the payment method you used.
