Properly caring for your sportswear is essential to maintain its performance and longevity. Many of you train every day: we want to help you extend the life of your Ortles Run socks.
Technical Socks (Synthetic)
- 🌡️ Machine wash at 30ºC
- 🧼 Use a mild detergent
- ❌ Do not bleach
- 🚫 Do not tumble dry
- 🎨 Wash with similar colors
Merino Wool Special 🐑
- ❄️ Wool or Delicate cycle (Max 30°C)
- 🧴 NO Fabric softener (it ruins the fibers!)
- 🧼 Specialized wool detergent recommended
- 🌀 Low spin cycle (max 600-800 rpm)
- 👕 Do not iron
DRYING AND MAINTENANCE TIPS
Due to the sensitivity and fineness of their fibers, technical fabrics must be treated differently than everyday cotton garments.
💡 Expert tip:
To make them last longer, always air-dry them in the shade away from direct heat sources (like radiators). Excessive heat can crystallize the elastane, causing the socks to lose their elasticity over time.
