We ship via express courier UPS or GLS (tracked and secure).

  • When does the package ship? If you order by 11:30 AM, it ships the same day. Otherwise, it ships the next working day.
  • When will it arrive? Generally within 24/48 hours (max 3 working days for remote areas).
  • Tracking: You will receive a link via email to track your package step by step.

💶 Cash on Delivery (COD) - Only for ITALY

You can pay in cash directly to the courier. This service has an extra management fee:

  • Orders up to 50€: 9,00 €
  • Orders over 50€: 5,00 €
Why does it cost more?
The surcharge covers the fee that the courier strictly requires for handling cash.

Note: A valid phone number is mandatory for Cash on Delivery shipping.


📍 Not at Home? Use Pickup Points

If you are worried about not being home for delivery, GLS allows you to redirect the package for free.

  1. Place your order using your home address.
  2. When the package ships, you will receive an email from GLS.
  3. From the email, select the option to leave the package at a GLS Point (Parcel Shop) near you.
  4. Pick it up whenever it's most convenient for you!

🔄 Returns and Exchanges (Simple and Fast)

Changing your mind is natural. You have 14 days from delivery to return the products (unused and in original packaging).

How to make a return:
  1. Email us via the Contact Us page, specifying your order number.
  2. We will send you a return label.
  3. Drop off the package at an InPost collection point (find the nearest one here).
  4. A 8.00 € fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.

*If you prefer, you can use your own courier at your own expense, but the shipping is at your risk.
