Shipping & Returns
Shipping your package:
Packages are generally sent same day if the order arrives before 11.30 in the morning or the next working day and are shipped via UPS or SDA express courier with tracking and delivery without signature. We have also enabled the option of delivery to an InPost depot with the option of self-collection.
Whatever type of shipping you choose, you will receive the link to track your package directly via email.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.
We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

The cost of cash on delivery is different from normal shipping and is divided as follows:
Cost €10.00 for orders up to €50
Cost €5.00 for orders over €50

Collection at InPost:
For orders up to €50 you can choose shipping with InPost. The cost is €3.00.
The package will arrive in 2-5 working days at the locker of your choice.
If you have not indicated a locker, it will be sent to the collection point closest to your address.
You will receive the unlock code and the QR code to collect the package via email and SMS. It will remain available for collection for 5 working days from the moment of delivery. Once Once the storage days are over, the package will return to our warehouses .
Returns:
Changing your mind is normal. For this reason we accept returns for 14 days from the time of delivery.
The important thing is that the products have not been worn as they are products that also concern hygiene.

Just remember to write in the email your order number and which products you want to return.
The cost of shipping to our warehouse is at your expense.
After starting the request we will send you the label, you will have to take the package to an InPost collection point.
The return cost is €8.00 which will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be made within 14 working days to the payment method you used.
