Refund policy

Changing your mind is normal. That's why we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

It’s important that the products have not been worn, as they are hygiene-related items.

If you want to cancel your purchase, simply send us an email to notify us of your decision to withdraw here:

Remember to include your order number and the products you want to return in the email.

The shipping cost to return the products to our warehouse is at your expense.

Once the return request is initiated, we will send you the return label. You will need to take the package to an InPost collection point.
The return cost is €8.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

The refund will be processed within 14 business days to the payment method you used.
